What the annual service plan covers
A dark section on your building is our problem, not yours — covered under the plan, including warranty.
On-site inspections with a written condition report — we look at your lighting before you ever have to.
Holidays, events, promotions — we reconfigure the look through the year. You call, it changes.
Software updates as they release, and a touchpoint from us every other month. Premium service, not a repair contract.
How the program works
1. One-time installation investment
Custom-quoted to your property at the consultation — larger properties earn better install rates. One visit, professionally mounted, done.
2. The annual service plan
Billed once a year on your anniversary date — that’s it. Quarterly and monthly billing are available at a premium, and every plan keeps a card on file so service never stalls on paperwork.
3. A three-year initial term
The program runs a three-year initial term (early exit carries a removal fee — it’s our hardware coming down). After year three, cancel anytime. Most buildings never want it off.

We also do seasonal commercial installs — storefronts, offices, communities, and property managers get the same full-service program our homes do: designed, installed, maintained all season, and gone by February.
